I agree with you, Phil. The technical forum thread notification just wasted my time with the opening comment. Took a couple of seconds before the opening comment (non-sensical) and your reply set in.
Hope the admin ditches this thread before it costs anyone else time and notes that the forum was spammed.

Let's talk about your awful online shopping experiences I'm first! I suppose it was a long time ago, although it passed away a long time, but the bad experience stayed in head tightly, didn't wanna leave, I think of a old saying bad things always give you a deep memory, right? Get the straight point. The item that was received is nothing like the item on the site, even though I reached out to their service team over half a dozen times to check the details. The item also needed six weeks to ship even though the original estimate was six days. The site is clear that you have the option of returning the item - in my experience, that is not the case. Now a ticket has been opened in their 'Express Service Center' - that ticket has been open for two weeks. The return label keeps being promised 'under 48 hours' except the 48 hours keeps passing each time. I have also used the normal chat and email functions to reach out to their team - nothing. The site i bought is www.tmart.com
