I don't spend a lot of time on the site anymore but this article came up and as many modelers visit the site, I thought you might find it interesting, especially as most of the armor that gets modeled is for women and the vast majority is modeled like this.

Sure it's 'hot'. It looks sexy but.... well. Anyway, maybe some of you will find this helpful.

OMG Boob plate LMAO. Im afraid most of the Poser armor is designed with the Idea that sex sells.

Yeah 'boob plate', I laughed too. And I know. Most of what gets modeled is sexy (no slut shaming here, but sometimes I don't want 'sexy'). I have, I believe, seen some practical armor for women that isn't like that but I would love to see (and would totally buy) something based on that armor Cate Blanchett wore in Elizabeth the Golden Age (pictured in the article).
