Subject: Getting non ds-on Genesis products to work in poser

I heard that there was a way to get the textures on non-DSON figures to work in poser, like MS-lycan. Usually the morph works fine, but the textures aren't available for use. Is there a way to make this work?

Good question!

As long as they aren't procedural you can apply them by hand in the material room. I don't believe there's an automatic conversion that will do more than the most basic assignments, and you would need DS itself for that.

In general, the bump and displacement maps don't come over to Poser with DSON import In the case of MSlycan, the maps were in same folder so it only taking few minutes to find and plug them in at Material Room
