Okay, as this is the Modeling forum, we all know that there are times when you hit the wall and don't know what to model next. To help our fellow modle makers keep busy, let's start a posting of model sheets that we will allow folks to model at thier lesiure. We will share the understanding that the models made from these images can not be sold. :) Instead, look at this as a jumping off point for your own ideas or perhaps simply a nice distraction from whatever model currently has you stuck. So I'd like folks to post one or two images they won't mind being in the public domain. As I started this post, I'll be the first to chime in with an image. I will be making a small tutorial on building the arm of this creature using nurbs/splines later this month, so try not to be intimidated by the design. So what do you think gang? Good idea/bad idea? Who's got the next image? It can be from any angle though front/side/back are more useful. Oh yeah, if you do try your hand at any of the images presented here, cars/buildings/characters/whatever, be sure to post your work or let the image provider take a peek at the goods.

Here's another one that's a little lighter in tone. Note that just because he looks easier, doesn't mean he will be. A big thanks to the real Mr. Finch for the inspiration behind the image. :)

great pictures (especially the first !). Sure, this is a good idea, but it doesn't reanimate your fantasy, cuz these pictures are ten steps forward the model. But what's up with ONE step ? A word can create so much visions and fantastic ideas. Maybe, sometimes, I'm gonna make a contest (but I'm searching for people working with me) in which, only one simple word have to cause the ideas. Check this : "Soulfly" (not the group) Isn't this enough to make the fantasy wake up again. Just try to model, what this means for you. (Or draw it, write it in here..."

Good idea! Words or pictures, folks. Just keep making this post grow so people can get that much needed inspiration! Thanks for the reminder, Comastalker.
