Subject: Not getting newsletter again

Its been several months since I've received the newsletter. I have this problem all the time with AOL mail. I have all RO addys in accepted mail, nothing in spam.
Is there any way I can start receiving it again, or get the link for the page?

Hi,

We will certainly check into this for you and find out why you are not receiving the newsletter anymore.

I will let you know what I find out in just a bit.

Hi TinaK,

You were contacted about this same problem I am having.  I have not received any forum notices, wishlist sale items and any newsletters since June 8.

I just went into my mail and the first item I see is a forum new thread notification - this one right here.   Now how is that for irony?

It was the only thing I received today from Rendo, hopefully the problem will be resolved.  I feel left out, and lonely.

I did receive a few forum notifications this morning.  Hopefully, this is getting fixed.  Thank you Renderosity.

Savage_Dragon was added to the do-not-mail list for some reason but it has been added back to your account.a

Btw, that June 12th one lists Adrie as VOM. :) And it's Dreamlandmodels.

Update: The ebots started coming again when I unsubscribed from a forum and resubscribed. Don't really wanna have to do that for every forum I'm subscribed to tho. LOL.

I have sent your issues to our programmers.

 

We did have an issue with members who had hotmail and live mail.
