Can Miki 2 stuff be used with Miki 3?  ( i.e. Textures, Morphs & Clothes)

The only way is to convert the clothing using Wardrobe Wizard, which is built into the latest iterations of Poser, or CrossDresser.  The Fitting Room in PP2014 should handle those refits easily.
