Subject: At Wits End

Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere but I am at my wits end. I have recently purchased Poser 10 and have been steadily working my way through it, however one aspect frustrates me. Can anyone tell me how you export an object or figure with material textures, or textures in general? I export as an object but only the object is exported. I would like to export the figure and it's textures so I can edit it in photoshop/3d modelling software. Any help would be much appreciated

Try putting both the object, and the textures used on that object, in the same folder as the object. You should then be able to import it into other software and the textures will be found. I know this works in Vue at least ;).

Scripts > Utility > collectSceneInventory

then use the 'Copy all to folder' option.

Any Poser node based materials wont work in another application. Collect scene inventory is probably your best option.
