I'm trying to renew my prime membership which expires today, but the 20%
coupon is not working. Is anyone else having this problem?

The reason is because your prime membership expires at the exact time you purchased it last year so it looks like it's already expired.

 

If you can go ahead and purchase it then send an email to store@renderosity.com we will credit you back the discount since it's the same day or expiration:)

I had exactly the same problem. The 20 percent discount coupon failed at checkout. I went ahead and renewed anyway.

So the coupon didn't work for you then? If not please contact store@renderosity.com with your order number and tell 'em I sent ya;)

Hi.  The 20% of renewal coupon hit my in-box on the 16th, which is the same day my Prime Membership expired.  There might have been some window (hours, minutes) when it would have worked, but I guess I wasn't quick enough.   Is there anyway I can still get in on this deal?  It would be much appreciated.

Try it now!! Hurry before midnight when the coupon expirest.
