Subject: V4.2 Foot for Sock

flibbits ( ) posted Tue, 23 July 2013 at 6:49 PM · edited Sun, 24 November 2024 at 8:39 AM

Does it exist?  I've been trying to find some good stockings for V4.2 for a week.  I found a good one (Pretty3D's Nurse), but when using WW for customization to a morphed character, the feet are attached by fabric.  So if I move one leg, the fabric stretches between them.

BB has a nice skin shader, but the problem is the feet have toes.  Many figures have foot for sock.  It merges the toes so the foot looks like a sock.  V4.2 does not have that.  It has foot for shoe, but not foot for sock.

Is it impossible?

I hear 2014's fitting room is supposed to be pretty good, but I haven't taken the plunge.  Check some of the 2014 threads.

I have at least 3-4 products with stockings, but have pretty much given up on using them.  :(

Would the conforming stocking toes that WandW links to (and then demonstrates in the next post) in this thread work for you?

Yes Raven, that's it.  Thanks.
