Subject: Purchased Poser Pro but got Poser 10?

Hey everyone,

I purchased Poser Pro 2014, but the download manager from Smith Micro downloads Poser 10 instead. Is Poser 2014 and Poser 10 the same program, with the former have more add-ons? Or am I getting cheated by the download manager?

I tried clicking on Smith Micro's "Contact Support" link but all I get is a blank page, so I have no idea how to contact them with these questions. If anyone can help, I'd be most appreciative.

Thanks Teyon. Wow, what a cluster. Yes I was correct, the DL Manager was indeed downloading Poser 10 instead of Poser 2014. I needed Smith Micro to change the DL Manager to put the right files into the queue, otherwise I was getting the wrong files.

Hopefully I am getting everything that I am supposed to be getting. :rolleyes:

Sometimes I think these DL managers cause far more problems than they solve.

DL managers are a complication looking for a problem and are only a solution for suppliers looking to reduce thier work load
