Subject: My first Freebie for Roxie
Very cute :)
I think Rex and Roxie are awesome Characters which are worth to support.
I work on a few stuff for her too.

Anyway, thought you'd all like to see what I whipped up for my very first 2014 freebie for Roxie. A tartan textured jumper, with a Tee shirt, a pair of socks and a pair of loafers. The conforming clothes all have morphs from Roxie included, and the jumper is dynamic cause I still haven't learned to rig a dress yet!
Still have to package it up and upload it, but here's a preview pic .
I dig the texture on the jumper. :) Not sure why but I'm all about plaid lately.

For information only, the poses for Anastasia work very well with Roxie, just have to get rid of the feet posed for ankle buster heels.
Dresses and longer skirts, conforming it a PITA to work with, dynamic is the only real option. Roxie is Poser only, so not having daz dynamics isn't even a consideration.

I agree. Long Dresses, Skirts etc...works only in Cloth room well.
DS 4.6 I anyway can not support because don't run on my machine..:D

Truth is, that's not that hard a request to fulfill since I don't know HOW to properly conform a dress yet. But I want to learn to do that and making conforming high heels so the Poser girls can go out partying!
Learning is good. There seems to be a high demand for conforming stuff. I would just request that once you have mastered the confoming techiniques, you also release a dynamic version of any skirts you make.
Inquiring minds want to know so I can finish this thing and put in in the Freebie library.

Honestly, for long and wide stuff i prefer dynamic. Looks better and more realistic.
When I look on some outfits for V4 , some skirts reminds me on Alladins karpet.
I never understand why people fear the Cloth room.
for me it is more pure horror to spin 100 morph and movement dials , to recieve after
something strange, than to go in the clothroom, click a few button and have after something very nice looking.

Looking really good :). However, you don't need to do front and back for sleeves. If you cut the uv seam down the center of the inside of the arm lengthwise and around the top of the sweater's outer shoulder, it should lay flat just fine. No sweater I've ever had had more than one seam along the arm (I tend to cut clothes like the pattern would be cut). :)
It does look better untucked :).
