For some reason I am locked out of my account. The site does not recognize my account??? Yet I can get in on links to the gallery or other forum posts, but if I try to access my account to log on it says

We Encountered An Error

We're sorry, but we had a problem processing your request. The error or errors
encountered were:

The username/password combination you provided does not match any records
in our database.

Please correct these errors and try your request again.<<<<

I tried to reset to the original password as suggested and it will not allow it!
Can you set it up for me? It just won't allow me too. The dummy account I created
to get in is Perplexed_o0.

Please help me get this fixed. Contact me at my e-mail on file for
FutureFantasyDesign

Nope No can do! I have no idea what's up?! I mean Ihave cleaned all my cookies, I have ran several scans (*Malwarebytes, MS Security, scandisk...and more) and it keeps giving me the same error code.

Getting stressed here.

I can change the password on monday in case it messes up again!
