Subject: Loading Morph Targets

Is there a way to load more than one morph target at a time for a figure's head ?

If you load a morph target (obj file) you get a prompt to name the morph. Load each in turn and give each a unique name. Then sert the new dials as needed. You need to save the figure to the figure library to keep the morphs.

so one at a time but as many as you need. There are scripts to load morphs to a figure as a batch process.

Thank you for the info. Where can I find said scripts?

I have one I wrote for a specific product. I got tired of manually adding 50 or so morphs to a conforming figure every time I had to fix something. I will dig it out for you.

It uses a folder structure of Product/body part name/morph name for the files.

It reads the product folderr and for each body part folder loads all the morph obj files.

It may take a few hours for me to find it in my backups. I am away from home until late this afternoon.

Heres the script.

you need to change the line that sets the folder to start in. c;tempmy... will point to your work folder.

The script does some error checking and prints an error if the load of a morph fails.

Work on a copy of the figure or at least have a good backup.

remember to save the figure after loading and testing the morphs.
