Subject: Any Androids for Poser?

Hey all! Just been looking for a humanoid looking android. There used to be one for sale in the Marketplace, I think by AndyGraph, but now when I need to buy I don't find. Any direction or clues where to go?

and loads of freebies if you simply google/bing search Android/Robots for M4/V4 or Studio/Poser.

It just takes a little effort.

  1. Have a look in your main (default) Poser runtime - assuming you're P7 or later and installed all the content that came with it, you may find something.

  2. Try ShareCG (search for android, robot etc.)

  3. Load up the human figure of your choice and apply some sort of metallic or plastic material

And if you're pressed for time, Andy 2 should have a robotic face as well as a human one. You could try that if nothing else. You'll need Poser 9 and up though for Andy 2 I believe.

There is also the 110.1 set from alphaseed at RDNA.  Its a little more cyborg than android.. but pretty cool

Not exactly sure what you mean by "android". I've just taken a Poser figure, and put a plastic or metal shader on the surfaces. Probably more like what an AI being that interacts with humans will eventually look like.  There are also robots in your Poser content folder.
