Subject: OT - HiveWire forum down?

I just bought a set of morphs for Dawn.. And paid them. But they're not in my account. So I wanted to go to their supposed Customer Support forum.. but clicking the Forum gives me a 404 /403...

Can anyone get in? Or is it just me? I NEED what I just bought L

Same here. My own guess is they have had a failure of the php config files. I see this happen on sites I manage from time to time. Have you sent them an email asking for help with the issue?

Too bad they don't use Simple Machines for their forums...they'd never be down :P. LOL

I'm sure it's temporary...growing pains and all ;).

The forums are down, but you could probably get help with your order by clicking on the help tab. That seems to still be up.

Yes O put in a ticked. Dunno if it's because I paid with PooPal.. The PP acknowledgement mail came instantly but I never got a mail from HW saying my order was completed. And the new order is not listed in my account (but they got their money L)

I'm just used to PP being instant... but there are places that handle it manua,lly.. not sure about HW...

I haven't been able to get in all evening
