A young friend of mine has a Shitzu ( Dog) :-) and very few friends, he recently moved into the area. I thought I would make a short animation for him, any ideas on finding a Shitzu? For Poser 2012.

Chiming in...I'd love a Maltese version. :)

Thing is, furry critters are hard to make for Poser. you can make them but they'll look .. wrong without their fluffy fur. same with the cats. Tiny did the Furry Cats but afaik never the dogs, they proved too difficult.

I have several small dogs for Poser, the Toy Dog which is mostly a chihuahua and a pug. Perhaps the Toy dog could be morphed into something usable, but the problem would still be the fur. It COULD be done in the hair room, but.. it's a huge task, the furry cats have some 30 hair groups per cat. It takes a lot of time to make, to style AND to render. And for an animation... so long it's not even funny any more :(

Tiny did do furry dogs.  I believe they were for sale at CP for awhile, but he moved them to his own personal store.  He had so much trouble with malware he took his site down, but he did make furry dogs (and a bunch of other furry critters).

I redesigned the site recently & forgot my sig link was pointing there. I keep most all my freebies at ShareCG. There are a couple of others at my site (mainly for DAZ PC members; because of certain DAZ restrictions; long story).

OK thanks :) I have the cats but not the dogs. And I remember something about creating the dogs that was apparently trouble. Just couldn't remember what it was :)

The Millenium Dog with can be morphed into about 20 different sorts of dogs, but not a Shitzu I'm afraid.

ps. I tried to morph the bulldog into a Shitzu but it came out a bullsh*t :)

It gets worse the young friends Shitzu has been stung by a Bee !

Shitzu here Shitzu there the poser people cannot find the Shitzu any where. :-(

I wonder if dynamic hair could be added to a bulldog...
