Hi,  The ZIP says "zero bytes"  I tried downloading twice, but it is still empty.  It shows up in my account along with the serial number.  Just need the actual program.  Thanks!!  Linda White

Hi,

I just received a much appreciated gift of konan's Texture Transformer & I am anxious to use it. However, like Linda White, when I try to unzip my download there is nothing there. I get the message: The open archive command failed. I tried redownloading several times with the same result.

I appreciate any help you can give me getting this fixed! Thank you!

Rather than starting another thread with the same issue, I purchased the Texture Transformer but like the others, it's a zero KB file (But I need the MAC version, please).

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
