Subject: Problem with order #112429083

Hello:

I have a problem with my order # 112429083 which was made minutes before the end of Monday November 18, 2013 when vyktohria products were at a discount of 50%. The subtotal of my order was $ 58.03 and after applying the discount coupon "111713B20P25" by an additional 20% the total was $ 46.42 (up there all right). But after pressing the checkout button (immediately after capturing the discount coupon), and after my payment was authorized, the confirmation page of my order showed a total of $ 67.28 (after discount). That is, the products from vykitoria that I bought were charged it at full price!

Would it be possible to receive a store credit for the difference of discounts not applied on vyktohria products or a refund or something like that?
