Hey all, I asked over in the Carrara forums, cause it is mainly my goto for anything I cant figure how to do elsewhere...but not much traction there.

What are some options/ideas to make animated "speed lines" for a background.  Preferably not something that costs a lot  :)

Making a bunch of animated dots in AfterFX and use Motion Blur.

There's a free demo of AFX, BTW.
