It's nice that SM is still generating SR's for those who haven't upgraded to P10 or 2014 yet.  That's good to see just on general principal.

yes, please all that have a problem with PP2012 and Windows 8.1 or IE11?
Please file a ticket with all relevant information.

I have PP2012, and had problems with W8.1 (I returned to W8 after some program issues forced me back), and had filed a bug with SM, only to be told that PP2012 was not compatible with either OS in the W8 regime.  I wish I can find that forum post which was last month.
