I wanted to do a story that draws all the character's from tng, ds9 and voyager into the same story taking place three years's after Voyager's return home.
I figure Worf would play a big role in this story along with Ba'Lonna and since they never met in the series, This could be an interesting story to write with lots of Klingon action and lore, it would also draw Sisko and Picard into the story as well as some interesting interactions among the characters
The situation Places Ba'Lanna's character into a desperate situation where her child has been kidnapped, So she plays that way in the story stealing a shuttle and violating orders to stand down, and expected to let starfleet take over the matter with the Klingon's to get her child back, She does what any mother would do and places her self at great risk with the fury of an angry mother.
Tracking the kidnapper to ds9, Ba'Lanna discovers the kidnapper's transported onto a klingon cloaked ship a lead she gets from quark, But before she can really do anything, Sisko and Odo arrest her, to keep her from doing anything further that could jeopardise the relations between the federaton and klingon's any further, here she encounters Worf, after Worf free's her from the brig, they travel together to the klingon homeworld where they have to track down the child's kidnapper's, they visit the old see'er of birth records, someone Worf knows, and the see'er looks into Ba'Lanna and tells her that her klingon blood is thin but she has much honor, that she looks like her mother, here Ba'Lanna has an interesting interaction with Worf where Worf bonds with Ba'Lanna over a cup of klingon tea and tells Ba'Lanna that she reminds him of K'larr his deceased wife who was also half human.
Worf's role is to help her and also violates starfleet order's and free's the aprehended Ba'Lonna from a ds9 Brig, because he understands Klingon's and the importance of her child, Worf challenges Gowron in fatal batlath combat accused along with Ba'Lanna of klingon Heresy, Gowron does not believe the 3 quarters human child is really the cumamok and wants to put Ba'Lanna and Worf on trial with the penalty of death including her child according to Klingon law, Worf then challenges Gowron for leadership of the high counsol where he fatally strikes Gowron down in Ba'Lanna's place as her champion, By the end of the story it becomes apparent how special her child really is when she begins to display her powers by healing Gowron from the brink of death in the great hall, only then does Gowron truly believe she is the cumamok and Worf who won the right to be the Klingon leader then return's the greatful and more understanding Gowron to his position, the leader of a klingon spiritual sect, objects to Gowron returning the child to Ba'Lanna's custody, Gowron strike him down for challenging his decision and for his role in the child's kidnapping, stating no one instructs the child but the mother and tells Ba'Lanna that rasing her child off world would be a better idea to prevent the corruption of the child from corrupted Klingon factions and agenda's, But before she goes Gowron raises the child over his head lion king style and proclaims the child to be the cumamok, the entire essembly bows before the cumamok, honering Ba'Lanna and her child.
I still need to work in more script for Picard, Sisko and Janeway, and some short roles for the crew members, I need to give that some thought on how I can write that in, what I am writing here is pretty much how the story ends, It begins with the kidnapping at the Paris home, where Tom Paris is nearly killed b the klingon kidnapper's, and gets put in starfleet medical in a coma and Ba'Lanna recieving a call from Admiral Janeway that Tom is in a Coma and her child was kidnapped, every mother's worst nightmare and certainly not the kind of news Janeway wants to have to give to Ba'Lanna, Janeway plays a supportive role in this, even though Ba'Lanna violates orders to stand down, Janeway decides to be very reserved about any penalty's, Both Janeway and Admiral Paris, who also shows a supportive role talking to his comatose son in starfleet medical, telling him how proud he is of him.
The presence of the child having been in the Bajoran sector, invokes the interest of the Pariah The fire cave worm hole alien's, Durass, Kyi Wynn appear to to Sisko and Picard expressing interest in the child, and attempt to get Sisko to bring them the child, telling him the child will bring destruction, Sisko resists the Pariah's presence and they vanish, in place of the worm hole alien's who appear in the form of Jaziah Dax and Sisko's deceaced wife Jenn, Sisko becomes aware of the importance of Ba'Lanna's child through these two visions of which Picard witnesses.
Went back and reworked the textures for the klingon clothes, decided to not to use a template this time, the results were suprising and the textures look as if they conform better to the shape of the figures rather then being straight if i colored within the lines so to speak, these were a pain to get them to be figures matching the quality I needed for this project, but patience pays off if I keep at it.
