Hello,

You will need to contact the vendor directly for product support.

To contact the vendor please click the "contact" link next to the vendor's name on the product page, or use the site mail system.

Site mail requires only the vendor's username.

Please allow 3 full business days for a response.

If you have not heard from the vendor in that time frame, please let us know

so we can contact them on your behalf.

Confirmed. The file is zero length. Seems a bit odd that we have to contact the vendor when it's blatantly obvious that the file is in error. It should never even have passed basic QA like that!!

... but I guess I must have misread the title of the forum. I thought it said "MarketPlace Customer Support". My mistake.

Ok I have taken a look at the file and they are there.  The second file is 77mb which is larger than our normal size files.

I have reset all of your downloads on your account for you so you can try again.

Please be sure to disable any download accelerator/ manager for they do not work with our system.

OK, got it now ... but it was painfully slow.

I just bought this and the second zip is empty for me as well.   I don't get it, was this fixed after the OP brought it up or do we each have to write to the vendor???

Ok on my fourth try I finally got a zip with the files.

This is not a problem with our (the customers) ISPs or with the file itself.  It's a problem with Renderosity's server cutting off the connection before the file is finished downloading, probably because it goes over an arbitrary size limit (likely 75mb as the file is 77mb.)

If you can't get the file, message Powerage directly here on the site, he has set up an alternative download for the file and can send you a link.  When I messaged him he responded to me very quickly despite the holiday -- clearly he is all about great customer service instead of snippy dismissals to paying customers.  Thank you, Powerage, for giving us a workaround to Rendo's problem with delivering this item.

I am having an issue with it, as well. Could I get the secondary link, too, please.

vulcanis ( ) posted Wed, 01 January 2014 at 6:04 PM

I have attempted to download the file with 3 different browsers...all with the same result.

@vulcanis

I am emailing you the alternate link now.

Thanks
