I did put this over at cornicopia 3d first but having had 0 replies would see if any one here could help

I recently bought vue 2014 complete and then went on to buy the tree bundle and plants and flower bundles to give the same plants you get with the xstream version.
just bought 2 scenes path and river and mountain pond , both of which use the HD lime tree and both show this as a locked item in the eco browser for the terrain,even though I bought this item and it works fine when i use it.If delete it and add it from my collection its fine , why does it always show as a locked item it works perfectly if i use it in my own scenes , and renders ok once ive swapped it yet surely its the same tree???

maybe no one here knows either ??

Your best bet is to contact E-On's support via your account on their website for issues like this. That sounds like a support problem.

You might try the forum there also. Are you aware there is a forum on E-On's site? It's usually the best place to go in my experience. Also on the forums there you will find a link to contact support at the bottom of each threads page.

I hope you find help there. I know how maddening it can be to not get any help. I'm using Infinite 2014 so I can't test for you.

I contact the vendor sometimes to find out if they know if an HD tree is needed from them or from e-on.  If you're missing an HD tree, you have to buy it.  It's just a pain having to look through your stuff to see if you already bought it or not.  E-on will glady sell you another of the same item without mentioning anything.
