Subject: my Render Rewards coupon not working.

I went to use my Render Rewards coupon at the checkout today but the cart system kept refusing to accept it. ("Coupon not found or has expired")

 

coupon details...


date: 1/1/14

amount: 13.97

remaining: 13.97

expires: 1/31/14


 

I've since made the purchase without using the coupon (since I couldn't use it) but I'd like to make sure that the coupon hasn't evaporated when next I go to use it sometime soon, and obviously before the end of the month.

 

Can somebody look into it?

Hi,

 

I have verified that you do have Render Rewards available and you should not have an issue applying them.  

 

Please make certain that when you are copy/pasting the code, you do not have any leading or ending spaces.  After you have entered the code, please make sure that you hit the apply button.

 

Please let me know if you are still experiencing any issues.

Just a heads up as to what I finally figured out what my problem was...(embaressed look time)...

In fact the very same thing happened again to me today and so I called somebody else in the house over to watch me to see what I might be doing wrong.

It turned out that I was accidently putting in my Render Rewards code into the COUPON CODE section in the cart instead of into the GIFT CERTIFICATE section.

I'm so used to using coupon codes whilst a gift cert is a bit of a rarity for me and so that I was in mental auto-mode filling in the cart fields which my observer picked up on pointing out what might be wrong. (after 3 attempts though)

So 'problem' (of my own making) solved! :-)
