Now that I've got your attention....

Having no experience with the female body or their clothes :P I am wondering if the render below shows that the dress top is a close enough fit for the shape of the breasts? Should the circled area drape across the breasts? Should I use magnets? Etc...

With Poser 10/PP2014, you can use the morph brush to tighten the mesh around that area.

But which version are you using?

PP2012

Although PP2012 doesn't have the improved features found in the latest, the morphing brush would be the better approach to improve the problem.  PP2012 morph brush can transform across body parts better than previous versions.

Just make sure you use the PP2012 morph brush at a very low intensity. As PhilC puts it, it tends to be a bit aggressive.

many of the breasts shapes and movement are magnet based.

i spawned them into morphs and then use Morphing Clothes to add the morphs to the clothes.  iz how i fit for gorgonzuella lol bit extreme

How about making either an FBM or a PBM of the chest area and then transferring that morph to the clothes?  I've had better results with that kind of work flow than I have with WW or anything else.  Even the fitting room makes clothes explode on me.  WW I just haven't been able to get a handle on and nothing PhilC seems to write or explain makes me get it any better.

That's an option right there. Thanks Sharkbytes~!
