Subject: Where can I get rilly clothed people like Doctor Pitterbill?

DreamlandModels ( ) posted Fri, 21 February 2014 at 9:38 PM · edited Thu, 28 November 2024 at 1:58 PM

I know squat about clothing for Poser People.

Are there sets of clothing that fit Vicky 4.2 or the resident people in Poser pro 2012 that always fit the character no matter what the pose.

Doctor Pitterbill is the example I an talking about. All I have to do is double click on Doc dressed and boom a ready to go scientist.

I want people that are ready to go or with very little set up.+

In other words I want dummy proof people for Poser.

Any help would be great.

If you're not too good to use the native Poser people, most of them come with Casual Dress cr2s. Only thing is you can't change clothes, but you should be able to change the colors in the material room if you want a little variety.

This is only true for older native Poser casual figures. Most of the more recent native casuals are just the nude figure with their default clothing and hair loaded and conformed with them, so their clothing can still be changed.

Alyson 2 and Ryan 2 casual

Rex and Roxie casual

P7 Ben and Kate casual

These are the ones I know for sure. Haven't checked all of them

G2 Simon and James also have a casual cr2.

If I had a nickle for ever time a woman told me to get lost, I could buy Manhattan.

If I want to add hair to these guys and have the poses for the figure change the hair as well where do I drag the hair or shirt or pants for that matter?

Regular hair and Poses will work on these figures. So you would load them like any other figure.

You can also look in PhilC's store on his site or here in the marketplace. He has a number of original "storybook" figures with clothes.

Poser 11 Pro, Windows 10

Auxiliary Apps: Blender 2.79, Vue Complete 2016, Genetica 4 Pro, Gliftex 11 Pro, CorelDraw Suite X6, Comic Life 2, Project Dogwaffle Howler 8, Stitch Witch

you could set up different figures as you want and save them that way for future use ..plug and play?

Predatron has the "LoREZ" figures at DAZ that might meet your needs.  However, they are mostly men...
