I accidentally bought VH Sapphire in order # 112479683.  I already had this character. I got her on Sept. 30th of last year during a BOGO sale by Godin.  The link for download was sent to my site mail here, so it did not show as already bought when I put it in my cart. Sapphire is a prime product right now, so if you could credit back the $3.50 to me, that would be great. = )
