Does anyone know where I can find a Poser compatible tachikoma from Ghost in the Shell. Not too important if its posable, just can be imported into the program.

Naoki-S (Japanese Poser user) made both a Tachikoma and a Fuchikoma. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the Tachikoma, but if you're interested, the Fuchikoma is here.
