Subject: Manual missing

I just got the latest updates for Poser Pro 2014. Installed no problem, but the manuals aren't appearing from the "Help" button. Can anyone help, please?

Thanks

I found that the latest (SR3.1) update placed the manuals in a newly created (standard Runtime) Documentation folder, instead of the - till then standard - (Program Files Smith Micro Poser pro 2014) folder with the exe. The old ones are still there.

Perhaps it helps when the new files are copied over the old ones manually.

BTW: I put all my manual files of all software into a seperate Manuals folder, so I don't need the software itself to access them. And I easily can keep older versions, and so on.

Usually I'm wrong. But to be effective and efficient, I don't need to be correct or accurate.

visit www.aRtBeeWeb.nl (works) or Missing Manuals (tutorials & reviews) - both need an update though

That's a bug in the updater; I installed SR3.1 by downloading and reinstalling Poser via Download Manager and the manuals load up from the Help menu.  They are indeed where aRtBee notes...

Someone needs to file a support ticket; I would, but I dont have the bug...

Aha! Thank you very much for the help. This will save tearing my hair out and I will write a bug ticket.
