Might be a gamma issue with a transparency map.  Which Poser version are you running?

Hair map on head?

mo·nop·o·ly  [muh-nop-uh-lee]

1. exclusive control of a commodity or service in a particular market,
or a control that makes possible the manipulation of prices

If the piece is transmapped hair, sure.

That ben hair is dynamic. The problem is that the skullcap loads inside Ben's head. What you need to do is scale it up to about 105% and reposition it so it's outside his head. You will then need to increase the density of the hair some and change the root softness to 0 in the material room.

Education in Human Values

Over the years many Poser creative's have helped saibabameuk and our educational programme -  people have been more generous with their time than I could ever have hoped for. The children that come to the Museum are over joyed, many come form very poor families the work displayed is free to view. Adults are from every strata of society.

Without Poser it would have cost the museum lots of money to hire a commercial firm, thank you all for your efforts.

Soon we will have a website and Poser will be thanked properly.

Chaitanya Jyotie Museum is in India

Every time I see the title of this thread I'm thinking "Ben Hur".

 Did Ben Hur try the impossible too? A sculptor in England named Henry Moore once said if you want to be really happy in life try taking on an impossible project, I wonder if he was talking about Poser?

Ben Hur was a 1959 movie about a Roman slave named Judah Ben Hur played by Charleton Heston. Ben Hur started out as a wealthy jewish merchant but pisses off a Roman tribune, who used to be his childhood friend.

I was actually referring to the title of the thread, though. Ben Hair sounds like Ben Hur.

That movie was the beginning of my crush on Charlton Heston. I was four years old.

Dear Nanette

The work Flow / Still Photograph ajusted and placed into/ Final Cut Express ( Browser )

Poser figure export frames as PNG file from animation, these are then imported to FCE and used as a sequnce, the export from Poser PNG file are transparent bringing them into FCE as a folder allows sequence grouping to be made.

You can then run the animation by adding a new sequence to the time line and dropping the Ist sequence into the new time line. Pop the still into the viewer and strech the time for the animation background add it to another sequence and you have an animation.

Sorry if this sounds jumbled but it works for me. :-)
