Little elves at play, thanks to Varien and his doors. This is the picture I was rendering and didn't save it and my power went out this morning, what a duh. Sharen

heyas; remember to check the nudity box when you have any unclothed humanoid forms. ;) (and dont preview your message, or it'll fall off. unless they fixed that by now...) thats pretty cool, although i feel sorry that they only have that grey flat stuff instead of nice soft grass to play on. ;)

Really cute and funny, Sharen ! I especially like the little stars of light :-) Where are the elves from ?

SAMS3D ( ) posted Wed, 26 September 2001 at 6:51 PM

Okay question, I was wondering about the nudity, would you say this is nudity, well I guess you would, but is it because you can see the nipples? Don't do much like this and wasn't sure. Elves are the Millineum Kids, alittle tweak on their ears, but you can't see it through the hair on the girls.

How would I change this, delete the message and check the nudity box? Sharen

Bop ( ) posted Wed, 26 September 2001 at 7:32 PM

'would you say this is nudity...' It's a good question, Sharen ! When I post my 'rain of stars', I didn't check the 'nudity', just because it didn't came to my mind that it was nudity. I'm an art student, so I am formed to view nudity in a certain way. I was thinking that 'this' nudity was not an offense. We could argue that most of the forum users are mature, I suppose they're all mature. We could argue that a young guy can see really much more just looking at TV. But, after thinking (yes, I made it !:-)) I realized that the Renderosity folk don't want to have problems. So now, when there is no clothes on the... errrrr... charming parts of a body, I'll check 'nudity'... Now I must post a 'violent' image, and having a comment ordering me to not forget to check it the last time, for starting to think about... :-) It will probably come really soon ! Oh, and I agree with Bloodsong, grass would have been cool for them !

Hey, this is a cute picture... As far as the nudity thing, yeah, I can see why some people would want to see it, but nobody is going to freak out over this... :) So, I wouldn't repost..

Hey sharen....they are really cute! You have some wonderful ideas and you are doing beautifully well with Vue! Way to go :) as for the nudity..well yep they are nude....I guess ticking the nudity tag is always better even if u are unsure, it saves headaches LOL But I still think they are cute :D

Varian ( ) posted Wed, 26 September 2001 at 10:34 PM

Yup, this one needs the "nudity" tag simply because the little people are nekkid. I've asked rcook to set it so that it doesn't need to be reposted. But it's a cool image, Sharen, and I'm glad to see those doors lead to something so interesting and whimsical. I like how you've used the colored lighting! :D

Thanks Varien, you know I just didn't think that they were naked in the aspect of the picture, but I agree, no clothes. And as for grass, no grass in their world, then someone would have to cut it and there are no lawn mowers up in there world. I actually had a different ground but it saturated the color and I needed the bright colors. But I appreciate the comments. :-) Sharen

heyas; hmmm... i think the mods go and edit your nudity tag for ya, that's how you do it ;) okay, how about moss? moss doesnt need to be mowed. :) or they could just have sheep.
