Schatzy, if you don't find anything, check back with me.  I have a new TinkerBell outfit in the works, including dress, panty, slippers with pom-poms, poseable wings, wand with special effects, and an enveloping "pixie dust" aura. 

     I think I do have a (poorly-rigged) conforming V4 version of my old Tink dress (dress only) here.  It doesn't handle radical posing well at all.

     Poseable TinkerBell wings (first rate) also.

     Dynamic pixie dress for A3 and A4.  Works much better than the conforming dress.

     Here is the pixie dust aura, shown with the old conforming dress on Posette:

Also, as i'm working much with V4, hope that the new outfit, wings and special effect will be avalaible soon ! I hope too you can do both version, conforming and dynamic, because i'm not familiar with dynamics stuffs...

I would be proud also to test them if you need someone for that !

     The new outfit will have both conforming and dynamic versions.  The pixie dust aura will be conforming, with an "EZ-Posed" streamer trail.

I'm using poser 9, i think it would be ok ?

Yes, P9 will be capable of using all features.

By the way, earlier versions of Poser will be able to use this outfit, but the aura and any other special effects won't automatically cast light.  P5-P8/PPro2010 users will need to use Poser lights, but the dress, wings, and aura will work.  Only P9 and later can use all of the features.  SM have created new *Poser/Firefly* features, and it would be a shame to not use them.

Just so that you know I haven't forgotten you, here is a work shot of a primitive aura being fitted to Roxie;  It will be extruded outward and subdivided, then rigged as conforming, before I'm done.

Stripping out unnecessary bloat from the V4.2 CR2 (because schatzy specified V4) to make a smaller file size bone donor rig for the dress, panty and slippers.  Not very interesting, but it needs to be done.  Other dolls to be fitted will be Aiko 3, Ginger2 & Minnie2, Posette, Cookie, Alyson2, Miki4, Dawn, and whoever else I can.
