Subject: Product Download Link Inactive

I ordered the new i13 SciFi ADVENTURE about 3 hours or so ago and the download link is still not active - I am guessing that the issue is the same as was reported here.

I have the same problem, i just ordered this product, but i did not get a download button...

Yes. That will be corrected soon. I will let you know when the file/files are available to you. Sorry for the trouble.

Thank you so much for your understanding and patience. The product zips are now available on the product. If you will look under that order in your My Account page you should see the zips there to download for you now.
