Subject: Links in Gallery Posts not Working

islandgurl31 ( ) posted Sat, 03 May 2014 at 1:33 PM · edited Fri, 22 November 2024 at 3:50 PM

Hi sorry to bother you all but I have been having a problem clicking on a link in Gallery posts they are not clickable for me. This includes the add to favorites button,etc...! Was just wondering if there is something I am doing wrong? Thank you for all the hard work and take care :-).

To correctly troubleshoot this you will need to provide your Operating System / Browser release.

Example:  Chrome 34 on Windows 7.

Thanks Fenier.

Also, does this happen with more than one browser? Have you tried to hard refresh and/or remove temp files (browser).

Thank you all for answering :-).

Browswer: Comodo Dragon 30.0

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

I did clear browsing data and cc cleaner.I just tested in IE and it works in there so I think it has something to do with an update my browser had...grrr...lol. Comodo Dragon browser is just like google chrome except I have less crashes with this one.

Thank u again for trying to help :-). Think I am gonna see if i reinstall my browser maybe it will work.

Forgot to mention that on my other 3D sites the links are clickable it is just on rendo that they will not work :-).

Edit: nm I found how to fix it :-). Had to right click somewhere on the gallery page and allow mouse click. Somehow it got blocked by a plugin or extension and it does not say which one it is...sigh.

Not trying to discourage you, but you should know that client has less than 1% global market share, and it's unrealistic to expect sites to account for it in their testing.

The issue is likely the browser.

Ty u all for putting me on the right track :-). The culprit was an extension called PrivDog or something like that..lol. Now it all works after testing all the extensions that I could think of...sigh!
