Help Please!   I'm a longtime customer and as usual paid by Paypal but this Order 112547044 is still pending...been waiting awhile;)

Paypal has gone through, but still download pending...Help?

Still waiting to hear and download...in frustration I clicked the Paypal button on my download page and the PayPal message was, "This Invoice has already been paid and  There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account"

Anyone?

Hi,

Actually on order #112547044, the download is available to you.  Is there possibly an

issue that I am not seeing?  When you have a moment, could you please check this and

make certain that it's working for you.  If not, I will "dig" a little deeper, however it looks

to be available.

I have confirmed your payment and marked your order as paid. I almost missed your post. If you ever need help with a payment issue it is always best to start a new thread OR write into store@renderosity.com so that you aren't made to wait longer than needed. :) I would hate to miss your question.
