Hi. I emailed the staff about this... apparently the July Renderosity Reward isn't working. I emailed early this morning, apparently someone took a look as my Reward total went down from $16 to $11. The cart purchase never went through and it appears as if someone tried to generate a new reward code for a lesser amount. Not certain why the lesser amount. As I said the purchase did not go through (CG Spree item).

There was a glitch in the calculations coding when the render rewards were ran after midnight last night. Your total 5% reward back for purchases made in June is the 11something as you had XXX in total purchases for June so the new code with the 11something is the correct amount. 

We apologize for the brief glitch but it shouldn't be an issue going forward:)

Hi Stacey. The correction would have been fine with a little notification about what was being done as I was ready to use part of the amount this morning. The not being able to spend any of it this morning was a bit off putting.  Also, minor quibble, but posting my spending amounts on the forum seems a little... embarrassing and perhaps a little too revealing by accident. Thank you for the response. Will try spending the renderosity reward on my carted item now.

I apologize I edited the amounts out but since in your orignal post you had mentioned the $11 so really wasn't thinking it was an issue but I do completely understand.
