I just purchased a side grade of Vue Complete. E-on said they sent me the download link but they did not. There seems to be no way to e-mail E-on. How do I get my link? Does anyone know how? Thanks

Drifterlee, the download links would have been sent automatically by the system. Please make sure you check your spam folders just in case.

Also, log into your account at e-on software; on your main account page, scroll down to the orders, find your order and click on it and you will get a page where you can request fresh download links and your serial be sent out. make sure your email address is correct in the account.

I figured it out. There was nothing to download. The serials E-on sent me unlocked the modules. I did not read the directions right. Thanks
