Subject: E-on said the emailed me donwload link. They did not. How do I reach E-on?

I just purchased a side grade of Vue Complete. E-on said they sent me the download link but they did not. There seems to be no way to e-mail E-on. How do I get my link? Does anyone know how? Thanks
