Guys this is REALLY WAYYY OUT OF HAND and i mean grossly out of hand

im getting as many as 5 emails in a day from your mailing system

Im not talking about copy or double emails. They are all different emails with different content in them.

I cant find any way to adjust this in my profile settings.

 

I dont want to completely opt out of getting news but MAN a couple times a week is ok

But im at the point of where i can get OVER 20 emails a week

 

what do i do?

I have brought this issue up to staff.

Can you tell me what you are recieving?

Is is wishlist, favorite artist, newsletter?

and i think 3 others all in the same week. I am seriously getting at LEAST 3 per day (at least)

ok i already deleted somethings while at work today so icant get them into view but i have stuff i didnt delete from inbox at home. Here we go. These are the ones i didnt get around to deleting yet. Notice the frequancy of the dates.

Now keep in mind i have deleted a couple dozen emails within these dates already.

 

THis is just showing whats in the INBOX still but not showing whats in my DELETED folder unless i emptied that already. Here we show 11 emails in only 3 weeks and 2 days.

 

Looking back at the emails i gave up on deleting i still have 36 OTHERS in my inbox since the begining of the year. Its only July 14th now. We are only 29 weeks into the year and again......  i have deleted a couple dozen of these emails already. Whats that come to? Say around 60+ emails already?

 

Dont worry. im not pressing. I just wanted to give you some details since you mentioned you  brought this issue up to staff. Thanks Kimberly C

Thanks for the info. Sadly for you to not get the emails you would need to opt out, which you said you didn't want to do. But, that would be the way.

I have brought it up though.

ok well i opted out lastnight

but i just checked my email from work and 1 hour ago (545 pm EST)

i  got an email from you guys yet again?
