Subject: How to create hermaphrodite of V4 & M4?

MartinW ( ) posted Sun, 20 July 2014 at 9:26 AM · edited Thu, 09 January 2025 at 10:34 AM

Looking for a combination of the muscularity of M4, but the obvious 'femininity' of V4, and not really the She-Freak route.

Any ideas how to do this?

Can I inject morphs from M4 to V4, or from V4 to M4, or is that a dumb question?

V4 body with M4 head?

Anyone done this or know how I might do this?

TIA

Maybe you can fiddle around a little with V4 Male morph together with the ++Morphs

Hermaphrodite would be the wrong terminology in this case unless you are inquirying about a figureing exhibit both male and female sex characteristics.  As ghostman implies, V4 has a male morph so it might be feasible to combine morph++ to dial spin an acceptable figure.

What exactly did you have in mind?

Many thanks, all, and I shall try playing with the morphs (so many, I forget all that there are).

FWIW It was my intention to make a male character with some of the secondary sexual anatomical features of a woman, just to complicate the pictures I do.

Thanks again.

Then the V4 male should do adequately.  AFAIK, there isn't a female morph for M4 in the morph ++ package.

Not sure what you are really wanting...

Color Curvature's Mixer script will (quite literally) combine M4 and V4 into a single figure. Here's how to do it.

Load M4. Load all his morphs.

Load V4. Load all her morphs.

Rename the V4 figure to "The Kids 4"

Run CC's script (found here.)

Ignore the complaints the script will give.

Delete the V4 figure.

If you have PP2014 Merge all Joints to Weightmaps... if not, let it be... it'll work anyway.

Locate the K4 morph now at the bottom of the parameters list.

Rotate it to get any amount of feminization you want for M4.

An additional advantage of doing it this way is, CC's script will fit your clothing to the hybrid figure at the click of a mouse.

Basicwiz,
What possessed you to try that? :) But it works.

It also works the other way, naming Mike 4 to the kids 4 and dialing Mike into V4.
What I'll use them for I don't know, but it's pretty cool.

I was a beta tester for cc during the development of that project. He mentioned to me that I could also do it with V3 and D3 using the K3 figure, but that I had to change the K3 name to The Kids 4 as that is wired into the script. It works with ANY two figures as long as they share a common mesh.

:)

Or you can use M4 Mina over at DAZ to get a mix of male & female attributes.

CC's script will also work on DAZ's Gen2 figures.

Mixing M4 and V4 sounds interesting. M4 has nice trapezoid lips that would look quite good on V4 I think.  Also for a younger looking V4 as well like a teen.

Well- the easier way, in my opinion, is use the Enhanced for M4 set.  You can inject not only the morphs from M4, but V4 as well.

Which is to say you can use all of M4's morphs, the Enhanced morphs, AND all of V4's morphs.  You can also choose to use not only the moprhs for V4 on the Enhanced M4 but V4's UV maps/Skin textures.

Just to accent what ssgbryan stated.  It's simply easier to do it that way.  You could do the same with the Genesis set, since it combines both the male and female morphs into one figure.

estherau ( ) posted Mon, 21 July 2014 at 5:35 PM

well I do have the enhanced for M4 set.

I might go take a look at it.  I haven't looked at it for awhile and I thought it was only for making a minna and a few other set character morphs

a thought loudly

if you join the V4 and M4 figures using a colorcurvature script and then join the new figure (V4 + M4 mix ) with kids4,¿ Would you have a figure that you can mixing the morph  of the 3 caracters?

grichter ( ) posted Wed, 23 July 2014 at 6:28 PM

It might be possible only if you save the first morph off before you create add the second. Other wise it probably would just write over the same morph channels is my assumption. IE You would have only one controller dial to spin where you probably want 2. Traveling away for my hard drives with my poser content or I would test that concept.

I would be curious how this works with hair (both prop and figure) and clothes

It's one thing to get the character into the scene and wearing something in the T poistion and something completely different to pose them to say a sitting position.

I haven't tried hair and clothes but apparently it will convert them too to your morphed genesis character. of course you loose the genesis features once converted.

load your genesis.  apply some morph dials. save as Cr2 into a runtime folder, and dont compress.   then choose preset on the script as convet from dson or something like that about dson.  the click on figure button which is near the top on the right.  move your .obj if it asks you to.
