dolly - An excellent reference is the book "Guide to the Valley of the Kings by Alberto Siliotti." I picked up my copy at the Barnes and Noble in Union Square, NYC, but it appears that you could also get it from them online (www.bn.com) kumo - I'm looking forward to those egyptian texture of yours. Please let us know when they're available and where to find them, Thanks

Dolly, there's an excellent series of photos that were shot inside an Egyptian tomb to record it before it was destroyed by the new lake created by the Aswan Dam. I'll try and find it and post the link here. I think it'll be exactly what you're looking for; the only thing is, they're all black and white -- but they should convert to colour pretty easily.

This will take you to a series of relatively hi-rez photos. I've actually used these to do a recreation of Menna's tomb, and it's quite cool.

Dolly, you are perhaps looking for the goddess Nut (side view with stars) inside the tomb of Seti I. The Rosicrucian Musean in San Jose has a tomb showing her full frontal with stars, and they claim that it is from a real tomb, but not one of my books on Egyptian archeology shows a painting full frontal like that. Here's a link to a page with pictures of Nefertari's tomb where you can just make the ceiling pattern of yellow stars on a blue background. Chris Cox
