I use Poser 13 and win 10
"Art" means "Species" , "Kind", "Type" or "Sort" in german.
A ship in port is safe;

craftsmanship is the ability to make good junk.
art is the ability to sell it to the city council at an extreme amount, and get it placed on a roundabout or in the city hall or what (for uplifting the city imago or something).
(according to the starting post: if this discomforts you, then it's art by itself).

Usually I'm wrong. But to be effective and efficient, I don't need to be correct or accurate.

Nice thought, Geep.... but it never happens. Art is always subsidized by the super-rich and by governments. Art always glorifies the super-rich and governments.
In some cases art may appear to tweak or criticize some group that the government currently wants to portray as powerful (i.e. this year's Official Scapegoat) but you'll never find art giving discomfort to the truly powerful.
