Hi Folks! I'd like to download some of the breathtakingly realistic hair textures I've seen in many of the images posted on the Forum; I've been able to come up with some very good textures for skin and clothes but hair still eludes me. Searching thru the Free Stuff gallery didn't seem to turn up much, but I may be looking in the wrong places. Any advice out there on where to find sites and links? Peter (Dr Zik)

The transmapped hair was done by Allerleirauh (I hope I got that right) and is on the second page of Free Stuff - if you hit What's New. You'll need OBJMover to decode the pcf file that's included in the zip. And yes, it is breathtaking, isn't it? Paul

Have you seen the transmapped hair tutorial? I put a link to it on the 3DLINKS Forum. There are even free sample files. -JH.

Please do not forget the work done by Yamato and Kozaburo! (Is that the link you spoke of?)

Hi Folks! Thanx, dlfurman--that was one of the sources I was especially thinking of. Is there a URL on them--or perhaps these eminent artists will see this post and contact me directly?!? Peter (Dr Zik)
