As part of order 112580592 I purchased one Cybertenko item & added the Cybertenko grab bag item to my order but I have not received the free item.

Can this be rectified please?

Hi. If you could select a product from the list of free items available from that vendor we will get that gifted to you immediately. Please send me an email to store@renderosity.com with your order number and product ID/name selection from the listing of free items.
