Order 112575661 - $3.50 charged, but no product... think this was a hiccup; requesting store credit

Order112579933 - in lieu of seeing a Grab Bag product, I see:

"MySQL error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'ORDER BY priority' at line 1, occured in query: "SELECT * FROM bcs_product_file WHERE product_id = ORDER BY priority".   "

Believe that free product should be: "Relaxing Poses- Morphing sofa" (since I have all the others!)

Thanks to the store AND hameleon (and all others) for this FANTASTIC promotion...

I have issue a credit back to your method of payment for order 112575661.  

The sqlerror should now be corrected but please let me know if you are still having an issue.

last credit I see is:

 re: SQL

  • same error being displayed on the 'Purchases' screen...
  • I checked the 'Item List' display, and there is no free hameleon purchase listed

Hello,

The credit was issued to your form of payment not an instore credit.

As for the hamelon purchase which item is it you were wanting?
