I am Re installing Adobe Creative Suite 4 CS4 Production Premium upgraded from 3.

Do I have to install the whole series 3 Production suite before I install series 4? Cheers

Adobe Photoshop CC 2024, Vue 10 and 10.5 Infinite Vue 11 14.5 Infinite plus Vue 15 and 16 Infinite, Vue 2023 and 2024, Plant Catologue, DAZ Studio 4.23, iClone 7 with 3DXchange and Character Creator 3, Nikon D3 Camera with several lenses.  Nikon Z 6 ii and Z5. 180-600mm lens, 24-70 mm lens with adapter.Just added 2x 2 Terrabyte portable hard drives.

Historically all you've needed is the previous version CD or the Key....

They may have changed this, but it's a pretty painless test....  and if they haven't changed it....  you'll be done in no time!

Not sure if it still works, (I do installs from the cloud...) But in the past I was just prompted for the previous versions install disk which PS would verify then continue.

Saved time and disc space...   Not sure if/when they stopped that method but you could try it.

Just forthe record: I had to re install Adobe Creative Suite 3 entirely before I could re install version 4! Cheers

i guess they stopped that when it all became a Creative Suite...

they don't make it easy anymore!
(well the cloud is easy-peasy but then again you don't really "have" the software)
