Hi,

Where is it possible to find photoshop tutorials for photomanipulation that are not in video for the people who have Hearing Loss ?

Hi lior

Did a simple search since you didnt specify anything in particular except for photomanipulation and that they be written and this site was at the top of the list. I went thru some of them to make sure they were written and seems that most were but some were also for Illustrator as well so might be a mix bag of tutorials hope it gives you somewhere to start from. http://richbugger.wordpress.com/2009/12/13/60-most-awesome-photo-manipulation-tutorials-ever/
