Maybe I'm missing it but is there a place on renderosity where you can ask or request custom things to be created? Is there maybe a community here of artist that make things for people maybe if they even gave a compensation?

It depends upon what you want made.  The people at Poserworld have always been open to requests by members.  They also offer custom services.  Sixus 1 Media is another vendor who will do custom work.  Mr. Sparky at PoserDirect and Vashing Point are others.

Much will depend upon what you want and how much you are willing to pay.  There are many variables that you would need to work out with the vendor you are hiring.

I just want a custom face morph for a V4.

Some of us had to do with stalkers.

Learn Blender, it is free and easy to learn how to make morphs in.

(Blender is difficult) but this part is easy.

Poser comes with both the Morph Brush and magnets.  PhilC has a number of tutorials on his site PhilC.net that show you how to use magnets to create face morphs. 

Sixus1 has a tutorial for sale here at RMP on using the morph brush and I believe Fugazi has a shorter one as well as the full Poser tutorial set.  Also check SMS Poser website for tutorials.

You can also use the various morphs that are in the V4 Morphs++ pack and others to create you face morph.

If the morph is for you own use, find an available morph that comes close to what you are looking for and use the various tools to fine tune it.
