Subject: I have some sort of "instant credit" ??

it says i have instant credit an amount in the green area above my orders...so do I have store credit and if so why? and how would I use it?  Your entire system is so confusing to me now... you may have noticed I do not shop here much anymore....

That is an instore credit for a refund you received for that duplicate purchase due to one being in a bundle, remember from a week or two ago?

 

Anyhoo, you can use that when checking out, just put the amount you want to use in the "instore credit" field (its the third field there where there is the coupon code field, gift certificate field, then an instore credit field) just put the amount you want to apply toward your order total in that instore credit field and hit the "apply" button and it will deduct that amount from your order total. You can use all of it at one time or part of it or however you want.
