Sorry I tend to make my own sort of cards that I send to people for Birthdays and such but I just tend to make something that reflects the person I am making it for. I have found a few resources here in the Market place to help add to some designs I have made. Here is a simple card I made for a cousin it was rather simple and I thought rather nice Sometimes just making something you do yourself will be more appreciated than any specific design hope it helps

Do you mean a simple artwork but made by myself would have more impact? That's to say the most important would be done by myself?

Maybe I stated what I am trying to get across incorrectly. I use tutorials that I find to learn techniques and then I will create something that I feel will identify with the person I am sending something to like my above example birthday card I made for a dear cousin of mine who tends to like darker themes and colors than something light and bright colors. So I will find resources that are free to use and make something unique using photo manipulation and techniques I have learned from other tutorials and build something I feel will be appreciated by the person receiving it. I hope that explains what I mean

That's to say the greeting card you have realised is the result of tutorials ...
But I am sure in youtube I'd find what I need but a disable person who can't hear need a text tutorial, it's what I asked you at the beginning of this topic !
Helping me is not an obligation so getting a help from you would be very find and generous from you : )
